- Have you or has anyone in your household been exposed to measles in the past three weeks?
- Do you have any new onset of the following?
- rash
- cough
- fever
- red, watery eyes
- runny nose
- small white spots in your mouth

Patients and staff exhibiting any symptoms, or who answer yes to any of these questions will be required to wear an N95 mask while in the clinic. If you do not have an N95 mask, one will be made available to you at the clinic.
The risk of measles is highest for the unvaccinated population.
Patients who aren’t sure if they have been exposed or who have no symptoms and want to be swabbed for measles can call the Thunder Bay District Health Unit at 807-625-5900.
Patients who have symptoms and require medical attention can call our clinic to speak with a member of our team.
